There was a drama in the family quarrel in the village of Kemallı in the Ezine district of Çanakkale. Naim Çetinkaya and his son Faruk Çetinkaya ended their lives by consecutively committing suicide with a shotgun after the argument.

Naim Çetinkaya (60), who made a living from animal husbandry in Kemallı village of Ezine district, and his son Faruk Çetinkaya (25), who worked at a workplace in Geyikli city, discussed today for an unknown reason. After the discussion, first of all, Father Naim Çetinkaya went to the barracks where he locked up his animals and committed suicide with a hunting rifle. Faruk Çetinkaya, who learned that his father had committed suicide in the barracks, went to Kemallı Pond half an hour later and committed suicide with a hunting rifle.
INVESTIGATION OF INITIATED INCIDENT
The gendarmerie teams, who arrived in the village after the family disaster, launched an investigation into the incident. Following the prosecutor’s investigation at the scene, the bodies of the father and his son were taken to the morgue at Ezine State Hospital.
