Galatasaray met Istanbulspor in the preparatory match before the new season, defeating their rival 1-0 with a goal from Mbaye Diagne in the 21st minute.
Galatasaray faced Istanbulspor, one of the TFF First League teams, at the Florya Metin Oktay Facility in the first preparatory match before the 2020-2021 season.
The yellows started the match with Okan Kocuk, Omar Elabdellaoui, Christian Luyindama, Marcao, Marcelo Saracchi, Taylan Antalya, Arda Turan, Emre Kılınç, Sofiane Feghouli, Mbaye Diagne and Ryan Babel 11.
In the second half, Berk Balaban, Şener Özbayraklı, Ahmet Çalık, Ryan Donk, Martin Linnes, Jimmy Durmaz, Younes Belhanda, Ömer Bayram, Oğulcan Çağlayan, Radamel Falcao and Adem Büyük 11 participated on the field.
Galatasaray beat Istanbulspor 1-0 with Mbaye Diagne’s goal in the 21st minute. Emre Kılınç was Diagne’s goalkeeper.
The fight was followed by Galatasaray President Mustafa Cengiz, Vice President Abdurrahim Albayrak and Vice President Yusuf Günay.
Galatasaray will continue its work in the framework of the preparations for the new season with training that will take place tomorrow at the Florya Metin Oktay facilities at 10:30. Yellow-Kırmızılılar will face Ümraniyespor teams from the TFF 1st League on Monday, August 31 at 16:00 in the second friendly match.
