APPLICATIONS CAN BE MADE THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT
During the request that will be made through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Electronic State, the ELECTRONIC APPLICATION system and the ALO 199 Loyalty Support System; The Covid-19 home insulation consultation, the question of whether you are a registered tea producer in ÇAYKUR and if your companions are among those who are compulsorily accompanied, will be done automatically through the system. For those who do not have a problem in the Covit-19 consultation and meet the necessary conditions, the Travel Permit Document will be issued directly through the system without being subject to an approval process.
Tea producers / producers will not be present in the provinces where they will harvest tea during the application, for 14 days outside the residence, the tea garden and the tea delivery area; You will agree to abide by the rules of social isolation, to wear masks at tea reception centers and the like while conducting your business. Those who apply for the Travel Permit Certificate will be deemed to have accepted these conditions.
THE TRAVEL PERMIT CERTIFICATE WILL BE VALID ON ONE SIDE
A Travel Permit will be issued for those whose applications are considered valid in one way. Those who have been granted a Travel Permit must remain in the provinces they visited for 30 days. Those who will provide transportation of tea preparations will be able to return within 72 hours.
NOTIFICATION BY SMS
Those whose permission requests are accepted will be informed through the short message service (SMS) without the need for a document. The approved Travel Permit Documents will be sent simultaneously to the governorates of the provinces to which they will go and to the databases of the general law enforcement units to provide the necessary controls and ensure the necessary coordination.
Tea producers who receive a Travel Permit Certificate will be able to travel with a tea harvest on Tuesday, May 19, starting at 24:00.
