Five of the players who took the new type of coronavirus test (Kovid-19) to start training in Spain’s first and second soccer leagues were more positive.
In the statement made by the La Liga institution, it was stated that the status of the players with positive results will be followed, and if the results are negative 2 times in a row, the players can return to training.
The names of 5 soccer players whose test results are positive were not disclosed.
In Spain, it was previously reported that Yangel Herrera of Granada, Alex Remiro of Real Sociedad and Renan Lodi of Atlético de Madrid were infected with the coronavirus.
According to the announced protocol, teams that start training this week can have a maximum of 6 players on the field and a maximum of 12 players on the premises. While taking care to keep coaches at least 4 meters away, footballers are asked to shower at home, not on-site after training.
The remaining matches in Spanish leagues 1 and 2 are expected to start in June.
