Solunum desteğine ve yoğun bakıma ihtiyaç duyan hasta sayısında düşüş, iyileşen hasta sayısında ise artış devam ediyor. Bu noktaya gelmek kolay olmadı. Tedbirde ısrarcı olalım.” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
BAKAN KOCA’DAN ÇOK ÖNEMLİ ‘PİK DÖNEMİ’ UYARISI
Koronavirüs Bilim Kurulu toplantısından sonra açıklama yapan Sağlık Bakanı Fahrettin Koca, 65 yaş üstü vatandaşların sokağa çıkmalarına ilişkin ‘Gündemimize geldi ama daha netleşmedi.’ said. Koca, sosyal medyadaki ‘Emrullah Gülüşken’ iddiasına da yanıt verdi ve ‘Hiçbir akrabalık bağım yok.’ diye konuştu. Koca, ‘İstanbul için özel bir tedbirimiz yok, teması, mesafeyi, izolasyonu son derece önemsiyoruz.’ expresiones utilizadas ‘Pik dönemi içindeyiz.’ diyen Bakan Koca, “Kalıcı olması için temasın ve mesafenin çok önemli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Tedbirlere uyulmazsa yeni bir pik dalgası olabilir. Ama bu tedbirlerle böyle bir şey olamaz.” said.

Hastalığa yakalanan yakınlarınız için endişe duydunuz, bir yakınınızı kaybettiyseniz büyük acı yaşadınız. O acıda sizinle beraberiz. Bilin ki elimizden geleni yaptık.
Dünkü veriler itibarıyla 3 milyon 152 bin kişi dünyada koronavirüse yakalandı. Hayatını kaybedenlerin sayısı dünyada 218 bini geçmiştir.

“ÇİN’DEN GELEN İLACI FARKLI KULLANIM OLUMLU SONUÇLAR ALDIK”
Yatak doluluk oranı yüzde 60’lardan yüzde 30’lara geriledi.
Şüphelilere odaklanmak yerine yaygın tarama yapan ülkeler istenen sonucu alamadı. Bu isabetli uygulamanın örnek alınacağını umuyoruz.
Tedavisi hastane şartlarında yapılması gereken hiçbir vakayı evine göndermedik, göndermiyoruz.
Durumu stabil olan hastalarımızın tedavisi aile hekimi gözetiminde evinde yapılıyor.
Görev yapan filyasyon ekibi sayımız 5849’dur. Bu ekipler hastaların temas zincirinde yer alan 468 bin 390 kişi tespit etmiştir.
İlaçları sipariş edip stoklamıştık. Bu hazırlık 11 Mart’tan öncedir. Çin başta olmak üzere antiviral ilaçları farklı tedavilerde kullandık.
Kovid-19 hastalarında uyguladığımız birçok tedavi dünyadakilerden farklılık göstermiştir. Kovid-19 hastaları için uyguladığımız yöntem hekimlerimiz tarafından geliştirilen bir yöntem olmuştur. Bakanlığımız alınan sonuçlara göre, her hafta tedavi aşamasını daha iyi duruma getirdi. Çin’den gelen ilaçların özelliklerini değiştirerek daha başka sonuçlar elde ettik. Virüse karşı henüz etkili bir ilaç geliştirilmedi. Ancak süreci hafifleten ve yardımcı olan ilaçlar var.
“HASTALIĞIN SEYRİNİ ÖNEMLİ ORANDA DEĞİŞTİRDİĞİNİ GÖRÜYORUZ”
Tedavi konusunda dünyadan bir farkımız daha var. Virüsü taşıyan hastalara tedavi uygulanmıyor. Biz ise belirti gösteren herkese hemen, erkenden tedavi uyguluyoruz. Hastalarımızda zatürreye gidiş oranı azalmaya başladı.
Artık hastalarımızı ventilatöre erken değil, ileri aşamada bağlıyoruz. Tedavide gösterdiğimiz bir diğer gelişme ise yoğun bakımdaki hastalarımızı erken aşamada artık entübe etmiyoruz. Bunun hastalığın seyrini önemli oranda değiştirdiğini görüyoruz.
Yoğun bakımdaki hastaların vefat oranları %58’den %10’a düştü.
Entübe hastalarımızdaki vefat oranı %74’ten %14’e geriledi. Bu başarıların arkasında hekimlerimizin özen ve dikkati, tedavi yaklaşımlarımız, bilimsel yaklaşımlar ve hekim sanatının ustalıkları var. Gelişmeler hasta kayıp oranımızın azalmasında da aynı derecede etkili olmaktadır.
Türkiye’de şuanda hasta kayıp oranı %2.8’dir. Bu oran Avrupa’da en düşük, dünyada ise 80. sıraya karşılık gelmektedir.
Hastaya yüksek akımlı oksijen verme uygulaması ölüm oranlarını düşüren önemli bir faktör olmuştur.
Salgına karşı başarıyı 3 faktör sağladı. İlki tedbirlere uyan 83 milyondur. Diğeri filyasyondur. Son faktör de erken tedavidir.
11 Mart’tan bu güne geldiğimiz nokta kesin başarı noktası değildir. Başarı tedbirleri terk edeceğimiz başarı değil, tedbirlere sarılacağımız başarıdır. Yeni vaka sayısı henüz 0 değildir. Hastalık bitmedi, o hâlde mücadele devam etmelidir.
“ÖNÜMÜZDEKİ GÜNLER ESKİSİNİN AYNISI OLMAYACAKTIR”
Sayın Cumhurbaşkanımızın liderliğinde siyasi irade tüm gücüyle mücadeleye destek verdi. Tam koordine içinde davranıldı. 5’inci haftada hastalığın seyri değişti. Artık veriler umut veriyor. Bu umudu sonuca ulaştırmak zorundayız. Önümüzdeki günler eskisinin aynısı olmayacaktır. Tedbirlere sarılmamızı gerektiren bir başarıdır bu. Vaka sayısı henüz 0 değildir. Aramızda virüsü taşıyan ve tanı konunan kişiler var. Tedbirlere devam etmeliyiz. İnanıyoruz ki her gün bir önceki günden daha iyi olacak.

(Normalleşme süreci takvimi nasıl işleyecek? 65 yaş üstü ve kronik rahatsızlığı olanlar) Tüm bakanlıklarımızın içindde yer aldığı bilim kurulunun da bu süreçte bilim kurulu tavsiye ve öneride bulunan bir kurum. Bakanlık halinde karara gidilmiş oluyor. Biz tüm bakanlıklarla normalleşmenin hangi tedbirlerle yapılacağına ilişkin Bilim Kurulu’ndan görüş alıyoruz ve tartışıyoruz. Özellikle bu ay boyunca bir takım tedbirleri devam ettirerek, nasıl bir normalleşme yapılacağına ilişkin hazırlıklar tamamlanınca kamuoyuna açıklamalar da yapılacak.
65 yaş üstü büyüklerimizi hiç olmazsa birkaç saat, hiç olmazsa dolaşmalarını, araç kullanmadan yakın mesafe anlamında yapılabilir mi diye gündem oldu. Bununla ilgili daha net bir öneriye dönülmedi. Bu da bir yaklaşıma gelirse o durumda zaten görüş olarak Cumhurbaşkanımıza da sunulmuş olur.
(Pik yaşandı denilebilir mi? İkinci dalga riski var mı?) Pik dönemi içindeyiz. Kalıcı olması için temasın ve mesafenin çok önemli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Tedbirlere uyulmazsa yeni bir pik dalgası olabilir. Ama bu tedbirlerle böyle bir şey olamaz.
(Emrullah Gülüşken iddiası) Benim hiçbir akrabalık bağım yok. Aracılık olanlardan da akrabam ya da tanışıklığım olmadı. Sosyal medyadan bu bilgilendirme yapıldı. Sonra bana bilgi ulaşıldı. Büyükelçi ile konuştuk, kendileri de özellikle Türkiye’de tedavi edilmesinin uygun olduğunu söyledi ve Türkiye’ye getirilmiş oldu. Şuan Ankara’da tedavi ediliyor. 2 gün yoğun bakımda kaldı. Ciddi bir solunum problemi olmamasına rağmen kalp rahatsızlığını söylemiş olması. Bizim takiplerimizde de muhtemelen kapak sorunlarının olduğunu biliyoruz. Ciddi bir sorun olmadığını anlıyoruz. Baba ve 3 çocuğu getirildi. Büyük kızında ve 10 yaşındaki çocukta da pozitif çıktı. İsveç bunu bilmiyordu. 7 yaşındaki çocukta da negatif çıktı. Dolayısıyla 2 gün sonra servise alındı ve takibi yapıldı.
Dünyada hastaların tüm sorunlarına hiçbir ücret almaksızın müdahale eden, hava ambulansı hizmeti veren tek ülkeyiz.
Sadece İsveç’ten getirmedik. Biz bu süreçte daha dün Rusya’dan vatandaşımızı getirdik.
(İsviçre’den Türkiye’ye gelmek isteyen Türk vatandaş) Nasıl takip ettiğimizi telefondaki mesajından size okuyayım. Pazar günü bilgi veriliyor. Hastaya ulaşın talimatını verin dedik. Başkonsolosumuz kişi ile görüştü. Tanı Nisan 7’de konmuş. Gelen cevap şu: Telefonda panik halde. KOVİD-19 tanısı konmuş. Kimse ilgilenmediğini, konsolosluğun hiçbir şey yapmadığını söyledi. Başkonsolos ile yapılan görüşmede, kendisiyle düzenli olarak görüşüldüğü söylendi. Hekimin raporunu okuyorum, Yasemin Özkeser Yaman kişilerin genel sağlık durumlarının hastaneye sevkedilme endikasyon yoktur. Bugün yine Türk hekime kontrol yapıldı. Tomogrofide hafif belirtisi olduğu, sevk durumunun olmadığı belirtildi.
Üzerimize düşen Bakanlık olarak yapılması gereken neyse yaparız. Lütfen bu konuları siyasete alet etmeyelim, istismar etmeyelim.
‘İSTANBUL’ MESAJI
İstanbul’a özel bir tedbirimiz yok. İstanbul’da özellikle vakamızın %60’ı burada. İstanbul ne Vuhan gibi, ne Avrupa gibi ne de ABD eyaleti gibi olan bir yer değil. Yoğun bir yerleşim var. Torundan dedeye kadar birlikte yaşam var. İstanbul’un kontrol altına alınmış olması çok büyük başarı. Biz ilave tedbiri önermiyoruz. Teması, mesafeyi, izolasyonu son derece önemsiyoruz.
(Maske dağıtımı) Maske konusunda 20-65 yaş arası herkese gönderildiğini, işletmelere gönderildiğini bilelim. Büyük işletmelere Valilik üzerinden ayrıca gönderelim.
(Adana’daki yoğun bakım yatak sayısı dolu iddiası) Adana’daki doluluk oranını verdim daha önce. Verdiğim oran buydu. Türkiye’de 10 bin kişiye üşen yatak sayısı 28 iken, Adana’da 32. Adana’da 10 bin kişiye düşen yatak sayısı 63, Türkiye’de 49. Neresi yetersiz.
