The Interior Ministry sent a circular to the governorates on May 6, 2020 and determined the operating principles of the barbers, hairdressers and beauty salons. According to the circular, hairdressers, hairdressers and beauty salons will work between 09:00 and 21:00, clients will be served by appointment system.
Those who work in hair salons, barber shops and beauty salons will wear masks, while clients will be able to remove the mask according to the procedure. These workplaces will not be able to accept customers in two seats next to each other at the same time, they will serve as one full seat and one empty seat. A maximum of one client will be allowed to wait in the workplace.
In hairdressers, hairdressers, and beauty salons, the floor will be disinfected with all areas where the client can sit and touch, and this disinfection will be repeated after each procedure.
Before beginning the client process, employees will disinfect their hands in a way that the client can see, or sterile gloves will be worn for each client.
During services such as haircuts, washing, dyeing, disposable towels, aprons or separate materials will be provided for each client (custom towels, aprons). The materials used for the customer receiving the service will not be used on any other customer without the necessary sterilization. Clients will be informed about their personal towels and combs if they wish to bring their materials with them during the appointment phase.
The service of shaving the beard with a razor / razor will not be provided temporarily by hairdressers, but shaving of the beard can be done using a machine.
During the haircut, the use of the nape brush used to temporarily clean the cut hair remaining in the face and head area and the tools and equipment used will be temporarily stopped.
Skincare, makeup and permanent makeup services will not be provided temporarily at women’s hair salons and beauty centers.
MARKET GENERAL PLACES
With the circular issued by the Ministry of the Interior on May 7, 2020, the restriction on the sale of clothing, toys, flowers, seedlings, glassware and hardware materials will be removed from tomorrow.

In addition to restaurants, pharmacies, and companies selling hygiene products, malls other than restaurants, cafes, sports and entertainment sectors will operate in malls that have discontinued their services.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Health has determined the hygiene rules to follow in shopping centers.
Accordingly, posters on Kovid-19 precautions will be placed in the visible areas of the mall and its businesses. The hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance to shopping centers and workplaces, as well as at appropriate locations.
As many entrance doors as possible will open in the mall. Entrances and exits will be organized in such a way as to avoid contact with people, and round-trip signs will be placed on the floor.
The number of people in the shopping center will be limited to one person for every 10 square meters. The entrance will be allowed as much as the number of people leaving the shopping center. A medical mask will be worn at the entrance and those without a mask will not be brought inside.
Fever will be measured at the entrance. Those with a fever above 38 degrees will not be taken indoors and will be asked to go to the health facility.
Customers will be informed about the rules to follow in the mall within the Kovid-19 scope with announcements or videos. In these announcements, it will be requested that the visit to the shopping center does not exceed 3 hours and that it is not visited in groups.
The use of all kinds of tables and chairs on the dining room floor will be avoided.
THE VALE SERVICE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
As Kovid-19 will increase the risk of contamination in shopping malls, there will be no collective events such as concerts and shows, distribution of brochures and requests for promotion.
Smoking, recreation and playgrounds, cinemas and mosques will not be used. Car wash and valet services will not be provided.
The consumption of food and other foods in general areas, the use of wheelchairs and high chairs and the rental of strollers will not be questioned.
One third of the elevator capacity will be allowed to go up, and this number will be indicated at the entrance to the elevator. To maintain the social distance in the elevator, the areas where people must stop will be determined by reference points with a distance of at least 1 meter between them.
Cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, such as door handles, handrails, and buttons for escalators and other common areas will be provided at least 3 times a day.
The shopping centers will be ventilated effectively and from the external environment, the controls and the replacement of the filters of the ventilation system will be carried out regularly.
Customers will be brought to the store with 1 person for every 8 square meters. The residence time in the test cabins will be limited to 10 minutes.
The use of cosmetic products and perfumes for testing purposes will be avoided.
While waiting in line in front of the cash register, the placemarks will be placed in places that must stop, at least 1 meter away.
