Quarantine decisions continue to come from members of the Kovid-19 Combat Task Force, which recently contacted them, after some viruses were found in some of the White House consultants and employees.
After the President of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Stephen Hahn, CDC Director Robert Redfield also announced that he will be undergoing a 2-week quarantine.
In the CDC statement, it was stressed that Redfield showed no signs of illness, but would operate remotely for the next 14 days for preventive purposes.
Furthermore, Fauci, one of the experienced names in the working group, decided to work remotely for 2 weeks.
Fauci reported that the risk of the virus was low and that yesterday’s test was negative.
It was also announced that Hahn and Redfield will be attending the Senate coronavirus session remotely next week.
Viruses in the white house
Katie Miller, a spokeswoman for Vice President Mike Pence, was diagnosed with Kovid-19 yesterday, after co-founder of US President Donald Trump met with Kovid-19 on Thursday.
Also yesterday, a virus was found in Trump’s daughter’s assistant, Ivanka Trump, and her 11 Secret Service personnel.
