THE PREMIUM DETERMINES WHERE THE LAST 7 YEARS WILL BE WITHDRAWN!

In retirement, the last 7 years of actual service (360 x 7 = 2520 days) are based on determining the institution that will connect and pay the pension by paying premiums or bonuses backwards from the date of retirement. In other words, within the last 7 years of the insured’s actual service period, in which institution the insured’s service, 1261 days of premium payment, which is one day more than half of the 7 actual years of the period of royal service, withdraws from that institution. If the period of service is equal in the last 7 years, the last institution to which the insured is affiliated is linked to the old pension.

For example, if the insured has paid premiums in both the SSK state and the Bağ – Kur state, if he has paid most of the SSK state within the last seven years of the actual premium payment period, if he has paid the SSK state cousin, Bağ – Kur state pension is connected. If the premiums are equal, the retirement pension is connected to the state of the last insurance.

The last seven years are not seven years after the date the insurance period or age requirement was met, but seven years from the last premium payment date. In other words, the total number of premium days is the last 2,520 days. Since employees don’t know about this problem, there may be those who find bad surprises during retirement. For this reason, it is helpful to know about the problem from all employees, especially in terms of retirement date.
