In the program broadcast by journalist Can Ataklı on a private television channel on March 23, many clients and whistleblowers filed criminal complaints with different prosecutors due to their comments about the scarf teacher who provided distance education through EBA TV. The Istanbul Attorney General’s Office, which conducted an investigation into the complaint, issued an indictment against Ataklı.

Due to the beliefs of Atakli’s words, imprisonment of 9 months to 1 year and 6 months was demanded for “inciting people to hatred and hostility or humiliation” because of his clothing style.
