Hamza Cebeci is appointed consultant president. The decision on Cebeci’s appointment as president of consulting was published in today’s Official Gazette. Hamza Cebeci has served as President of the Hospice since 2015.
The appointment in question was made in accordance with articles 12 and 13 of the Presidential Decree on the Presidential Organization.
WHO IS THE HAMZA CEBECI?
Hamza Cebeci, born in 1953 in Düzce Gümüşova, chaired the European Islamic Youth Organization in Germany in the 1980s and headed the Hajj organization at the European National Vision Agency (WAGGGT).
Cebeci, who was a candidate for Bolu’s deputy candidate for the Welfare Party in 1987, also participated in the establishment of the AKP.
Some of Cebeci’s duties: Member of the Council of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, 2004 First Deputy of the Üsküdar Municipal Council, Presidency of the Üsküdar Municipal Zoning Commission, Presidency of the Üsküdar City Council, Rapporteur of the IMM Zoning Commission, IMM Presidency of the EU Foreign Relations Commission, 2008-2009 IMM Membership of the Advisory Board of Capital of Culture, 2013 Presidency of Step Group entrepreneurs, 2012 Member of the Hospice Board, IMM President of the Foreign Relations Commission of the EU, 2010 Vuslat International Association – President of the Vuslat Platform, Head of Hospice since 2015.4
