* Schools will gradually open after May 4. Preliminary studies will be done for this. High school graduation exams will be given priority. School and vacation plans will be prepared and classes will be shortened.
* Markets with an area of up to 800 meters can be opened from Monday. Special hygiene rules will apply in these markets.
* Barbers who follow the rules will open after May 4, but barbers will wear a mask.
* Meetings and mass gatherings are prohibited in places of worship. There will be a reevaluation in the coming weeks.
* Restrictions on meetings and travel will continue.
* Large gatherings, Turkish weddings or similar festivals, large-room events with crowds like cinema and theater are prohibited until August 31. Museums and sports fields will be closed.
* Places such as restaurants, bars, taverns that are considered impossible to control from a social distance will remain closed. Hotels may only serve due to tourist need.
* An evaluation meeting will be held on April 30. In this meeting, the calendar of what will be done after May 3 will be drawn. Decisions will be made in 14-day periods.
