The statement made by the Ministry is as follows;
The declaration made today by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is an attempt to hide the hypocritical policy of a country that provides all kinds of support for the coup plotters.
Turkey, Arab countries have always shown their respect for territorial integrity and political unity, has supported this approach and has been located alongside the legitimacy of a political solution in Libya and efforts. This principled attitude will continue.
Unfounded and outrageous allegations by the UAE Administration about Turkey, which essentially encompasses its subversive activities in this country is the quinine products motive. For years, the UAE has been providing arms, military equipment and mercenary support to the coup plotters in Libya.
The international community is aware of the UAE’s international peace, security and destabilization movements, not only in Libya, but also in Yemen, Syria and the Horn of Africa. In this context, it is no secret that the UAE’s support for terrorist organizations, especially Al Shabab, and separatist activities in Yemen.
We invite the UAE Administration to stop adopting hostile attitudes towards our country and to know its limits.

We reiterate that the way to guarantee stability and security in the region is through the support of the Libyan Political Agreement and the legitimate National Consensus Government, and not the illegitimate gangs that attack civilians without any discrimination.
