HOW MUCH IS THE VGM COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP FEE?
Higher education scholarships are awarded to associate or undergraduate students for 8 months (October-May) in an academic year. In the 2020-2021 school year, university students at 300.00 per month, while foreign students studying in higher education institutions in Turkey are planned to provide scholarships of £ 600.00.
WHEN ARE THE RESULTS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION ANNOUNCED?
Scholarship Application Results ”are announced after KYK’s announcement of the scholarship application results. Applications for scholarships can be made to both KYK and the General Directorate of Foundations. WHO CANNOT BENEFIT FROM THE VGM UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP?
According to subsection (1) of article 5 entitled “Students who will not receive a scholarship” of the Regulations for Higher Education Scholarships of the General Directorate of Foundations;
a) Students who earn at least the minimum wage or earn income from working in permanent employment,
b) Foreign students,
c) Students of the police academy and military school,
ç) Students studying for additional time,
d) Master’s and PhD students,
e) Students who receive non-refundable educational aid and scholarships from public institutions,
f) Students who receive a pension due to the need of the General Directorate,
g) Higher education scholarships are not awarded to students whose scholarship has been terminated for failing while benefiting from the scholarship from the General Directorate in the previous academic year.
However, according to paragraph (2) of the same article;
