The Federal Court of Appeals on Friday rejected President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign attempt to keep Pennsylvania’s presidential election results alive.

U.S. for the third circuit. A three-judge panel on the Court of Appeals wrote in a scathing opinion that Trump’s campaign “claims are not appropriate.”

A week before the appeals court’s decision, a federal judge’s ruling confirms the Trump campaign’s request to block Keystone State, which President-elect Joe Biden won in his election.

This opinion shows the loss of the court for Trump, who refused to accept Biden’s election and falsely claimed that he had won the race. On Wednesday, Trump made it clear that “we have to turn the election around.”

U.S. at Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal lawyer, argued on behalf of the Trump campaign before District Court Judge Matthew Brain. Giuliani has led the Trump campaign charge in the referendum court, and spread unsubstantiated allegations of voter fraud that he claimed informed the election result.

But the appellate court noted in its 21-page opinion that, while standing before Bran in court, Giulini said the campaign “does not argue fraud” in the case.

“It doesn’t make the election unfair,” the opinion reads. “The charge requires specific allegations and then evidence. We don’t even have that here.”
