Tiger Woods has returned to his Florida home to recover from leg injuries sustained in a horrific car crash in Los Angeles last month.
Woods, 45, suffered multiple leg injuries after being involved in a single-vehicle rollover collision at the border of Rolling Hills Estate and Rancho Palos Verdes in late February.

“I’m happy to be back home and to continue my recovery. I’m grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received over the past few weeks,” Woods said in a statement to Golf Digest on Tuesday. “Thank you to the incredible surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Cedar-Sinai Medical Center. You have all taken such great care of me and I will not thank you.
“I’ll be healthy at home and work on getting stronger every day.”

While he has returned to Florida, officials in Los Angeles are still investigating the crash. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department reportedly ran a search warrant to retrieve data from Blackbucks, who was driving the Genesis SUV Woods wreckage in 2021.
Officials said the investigation is still ongoing. Woods was seriously injured but officials said there was no evidence he was damaged at the time. He suffered serious leg injuries.

The golfer is known for his comeback, however, despite four back surgeries and other health issues, won the Masters for the fifth time in April 2019.
He has won 15 major championships and a record-tying win on the PGA Tour.
