Serb claims the ATP rules have been changed to keep him away from the player council
Djokovic said the ATP has introduced an overnight rule that prohibits anyone holding a position in any other member from obtaining council membership. He Said, “Till last night, I was in PTPA with ATP. But by promoting the new rule by which you cannot be a member of the council and any other organization within the tennis system simultaneously.Hey (ATP) has given a clear message of what they think about all this. “

Novak Djokovic saw no conflict between the council and the PTP
Djokovic alleged that he was under pressure to step down as president of the council. Serb said the idea behind the PTPA was not to clash with the front of ATP players.
“I don’t see any contradiction between being part of the PTPA and being part of the Player Council. I didn’t do it then or now.” Djokovic said.
