The Titans’ facilities remain closed indefinitely. The Titans and Minnesota Vikings, who play each other on Sunday, both suspended their individual activities indefinitely on Tuesday. The Vikings have not announced a positive case.

There have long been fears that the contagious nature of the Covid-19 will make it difficult to complete its season as planned by the NFL.

“Unless players are essentially in a bubble – insulated from the community and tested almost every day – it will be very difficult to see how football can play this fall,” said Dr. Anthony Fauci, the country’s leading infectious The pathologist, CNN’s chief medical correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta said in June.
As of Sept. 22, the NFL Players Association announced that there were no new positive cases among the players and five of the team’s staff.
