The first official renders of the Pixel 4A 5G have now been leaked courtesy of retline retailers in the UK, giving us a glimpse of the upcoming mid-ranger design.
We think we know quite rightly about the upcoming Pixel 4A 5G, which could be a full budget 5G-enabled option of 5 pixels, however, we haven’t seen a big deal of the next smartphone in the flesh, “Premium” late 2020 Despite a few notable leaks of the Pixel device.
UK retailer John Lewis has now jumped the gun and incorrectly listed the Pixel 4A 5G’s high resolution render in its list for stability – the Pixel 4A. Still, most tech fans will see that given the confusing lineup this year, as a big mistake, the naming system given this time around is really quite understandable. This is the undisputed yet unveiled Pixel 4A 5G, as there is a “5G” sign in the status bar and the familiar wallpapers as seen in the previous Pixel 5 leak.
High resolution images are also oddly Monday, 3 August Gust, as the time and date listed within the Pixel Launcher at the Glance widget. Maybe this 5G enabled smartphone was to launch with the smaller Pixel 4A? It’s hard to know, but it adds more mystery to the lineup again.
No other device details have been confirmed by this false retail listing, but we already know what the Pixel 4 is set to bring to the 5G table thanks to a recent leak. The display will measure in 6.2-inches and the 4A 5G will have an OLED panel with a resolution of 2340 x 1080, similar to the smaller Pixel 4A and Pixel 5. As such, it has the worst PPI – 413 – of Google’s three 2020 phones.
Snapdragon 765G is set to pair with 6GB RAM. Meanwhile, the Pixel 4A 5G includes the same camera setup as we would expect on a more premium device. It has the same 12.2-megapixel main lens and 16MP wide-angle (107 ° and ƒ / 2.2) that supports 1080p at 240FPS and 4K60 video recording. The front-facing selfie camera weighs 8 MP with 83 MP FOV.
As you can see from the renders, the Pixel 4A is also packing a 5G in a mm.mm mm headphone jack, which will help differentiate the AGG as a more “affordable” option. The rumored polycarbonate body D is also shown – but only in black – and it looks like it will have the same matte finish found on the Pixel 4A. It retains the same thick bottom bezel as the 4a, and is expected to come with a 3,800mAh battery that only charges via 18W USB-C fast charging.
Google has already confirmed that the Pixel 4 will be available in 5G US. Will cost just 4 499, compared to the expected 499 in Europe. Renders do not confirm the UK’s Pixel 4A 5G prices, but we would expect a similarity of about 99 499 with the rest of the world. However, we will definitely learn more at Google’s “Launch Night in” event on September 30.
We’ve also seen Google Pixel hardware and some hand-on leaks coming in both press renders now. What do you think though? Let us know below in the comments section below.
