The new Nissan Z sports car pays homage to the original Datsun 240Z

You can say goodbye to the Nissan 0Z0Z, the two-seater that recently helped the company celebrate its car year of sports car performance.

That’s because it’s time to say hello to the new Nissan Z next year in the form of the 2022 model Dell. Officially known as the Proto Z, this could only get the 400Z name for the announced sports car product. It will look very different from the car when it changes, it will look familiar if you know your Z-car history. The headlights here, the grille, the overall shape and a few details and there is a tribute to the original 1970 Duncan 240Z. That car actually puts Dudson – the Nissan name used for years – on the display automotive map.

While Next-General Z respects his past, he is also very prepared for tomorrow. Under the hood, a twin-turbo V6 engine, which is good for more than 300 horsepower. While Nissan’s other cars are moving towards electrification, the purpose is traditionally enthusiastic. For that, you will be able to shift your own gears with a 6-speed manual transmission. To the target audience, Z would not be Z without the stick.

The current 370Z has been around for almost 12 years now, even longer by sports car standards. And there were often rumors that no one could be next.

But, this was a very important legacy for Nissan just to let go. In pure form, Z will be a Z. Combining many traditional features with two seats and future consent, especially inside. Touchscreen controls will combine with classic style instrumentation.

The so-called Heritage look has worked well with other sporty cars, especially the Ford Mustang, its iconic design reminiscent of the last two pay-per-years and the era of the original muscle car for the Dodge Challenger.

Not lost in all of this, the value of the classic Datsun Zs is skyrocketing, with the best examples of early models sometimes getting six figures. Nissan is probably focusing on the new zeal to make sure that the next Z – a strobing wise strobing – gets a little nostalgia for what’s happening to them all. But, wrap around the modern display car, aimed at 2022 and more.
