‘The Batman’: First look at logo, Teaser Poster revealed by director

Director Matt Reeves unveiled the first appearance of the logo at his upcoming film “The Batman” on Thursday, as well as a teaser poster to promote the upcoming panel for the DC Films production at the DC FanDome virtual presentation on August 22nd.

The poster, designed by DC creative officer Jim Lee, describes the Batsuit as worn by Robert Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne in the film. Reeves (“War for the Planet of the Apes,” “Let Me In”) is expected to discover the first major first look at the film during Saturday’s DC FanDome event, which will be hosted by Aisha Tyler.

The filmmaker first began looking out for ‘The Batman’ in February with a video of Pattison wearing the Batsuit with a piece of Michael Giacchino’s score for the film. After photos and video of the set were leaked later in the month, revealing the Batcycle and a more complete look at the Caped Crusader’s signature in early March, Reeves tweeted an official first look at the Batmobile.

As with the rest of the sector, the film had to stop production in March due to the coronavirus pandemic. Reeves will re-launch production of “The Batman” in the UK at Warner Bros. in early September. Studios Leavesden. The delay forced Warner Bros. to postpone the release date to October 1, 2021.

The project costs Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Jayme Lawson, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell.

In July, Reeves and Terence Winter landed a serious promise from HBO Max for a spin-off series set in the world of film that will investigate the corruption in Gotham City.
