“Wattana Muangsuk” explains the reason for the resignation of the Pheu Thai party members. I want to see a professional political party. And it should not lead the public to conflict
On December 7, 2020, Mr. Wattana Muangsuk, Member of the Thai Construction Group Former Pheu Thai Party Member Has posted a message via Facebook explaining the reasons for resigning the Pheu Thai party members as follows
After submitting a resignation letter from Pheu Thai party members, many parties have criticized the reason for the resignation, which I think deserves to be clarified for mutual understanding as follows:
(1) Many have criticized the resignation of the conflict, I admit that there is a real conflict within the party. Rather, it is a contradiction of ideas and of how to lead the party to different political goals. But it is not a conflict of competition for power. Because we have resigned from the Strategy Committee before
(2) From what many parties have criticized that giving up to form a branch party like Thai Raksa Chart requires knowledge knowing that the parliament has now agreed to amend the Sor’s constitution. It is designed so that Prayuth inherits power must end. Therefore, there is no reason for those of us who propose the creation of a constitution to be innocent or even to give up forming a party to break the sub-banks to support the impending constitution. In addition to not resigning to join any political party
(3) Political contexts after the NCPO era There were many conflicts in Thai society. The political forms, therefore, do not fight only against dictatorship and democracy. But also classified in the monarchical, authoritarian and radical republican style. As for me, I believe in the concept of liberal democracy as a kingdom. Which I think is the need of most of the people in this country.
(4) So what I want to see is a professional political party. It is a political institution that is a mechanism for seeking a solution for society (Solution Provider) to take people out of the conflict to the destination of people’s well-being, with a mechanism of democracy on the rule of law. It does not apply to dictators of any kind and should not be a political party that leads the people to conflict.
