Article 1 This regulation is called “Regulation of the Ministry of Education on the hairstyle of students, 2020”
Article 2 These Regulations shall enter into force the day following the date of their publication in the Government Gazette.
Article 3 of this regulation
“Student” means a person who is currently studying at an educational institution.
“Educational institution” means an educational institution under the supervision or supervision of the Ministry of Education.
That provides basic education except for informal and informal education. “School principal” means the principal or director of an educational institution named otherwise.
Who have the authority or purpose of educational management
Article 4 Students must act in the form of a hairstyle as follows

(2) Students can wear short or long hair. In the case of long hair, it should be done as appropriate and neat.
Article 5 Students are not to behave as follows
(1) permanent
(2) Dye hair to be different from original
(3) keep a beard or beard
(4) any other action that is not appropriate for the student’s condition, such as cutting hair in shape, symbol or pattern.
Articles 6 and 4 do not apply to students who have a reason for the need to observe their religion or perform school activities.
The school principal will have the power to consider granting permission.
Section 7 Subject to Clause 4, an educational institution with the approval of the Educational Committee OR the school board has established rules on student hairstyles that are specific to the extent that it is not contrary or incompatible with this regulation.
