On December 14, 2020, the website of the Government Gazette Publish the announcement of the Ministry of Public Health on the names of the narcotics in category 5 BE2020 with the following details: Under Section 6 paragraph one and Section 8 (1) and (2) of the Law. Narcotics Law 2522 Ministry of Public Health with the approval of the Committee The control of narcotics is dictated as follows.
Article 1. To cancel
(1) Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Names of Narcotic Drugs in Category 5 BE2020 dated July 31, 2018
(2) Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Names of Category 5 Narcotic Drugs (No. 2) BE2562 dated August 27, 2019
Article 2 Give narcotics that are named as follows. It is a category 5 narcotic according to the Narcotics Law 2522 and its amended version.
(1) Cannabis, a plant of the genus Cannabis, and various substances or substances contained in the cannabis plant, such as rubber, oil, except the following substances or substances: Only licensed to produce in the country, not classified as category narcotic 5.
(A) bark, trunk, fibers, branches and roots
(B) leaves that do not have shoots or inflorescences attached to them
(C) An extract containing cannabidiol (cannabidiol, CBD) is an ingredient and must have Tetrahydrocannabinol (tetrahydrocannabinol, THC) not more than 0.2% by weight
(D) residue or residue from marijuana extraction and must contain tetrahydrocannabinol. (tetrahydrocannabinol, THC) not more than 0.2% by weight
There are also four other drugs.
