At 1:00 pm today (September 19, 2020), a Category 2 (Depression) “No Eul” storm that covered the Khao Kho district. Phetchabun Province Has weakened to a level 1 storm (strong low pressure cell) in Phitsanulok province. While the strong southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, southern Thailand and the Gulf of Thailand, Thailand continues to rain. And there are heavy rains in some areas. Most of western Thailand and the northern, central, eastern and southwestern monsoons. Ask people who live in risk areas in that area. Be aware of the danger of heavy rains that can lead to flash floods and flash floods.
