Royal Command, graciously The Royal Command was graciously granted removal of the commissioned officer from military rank under Section 12 of the Military Rank Act, BE2479, as amended by the Military Rank Act (No. 6), BE2501, in conjunction with the Ministry of Defense regulations on persons who are not Deserving to remain in military rank and title, BE2507, Article 2 and Article 4, and His Majesty graciously granted the royal permission to withdraw the Royal Insignia which has been conferred at all levels, promulgated in accordance with Article 6, Item 7. (2) and (4) of the Regulations of the Prime Minister’s Office Concerning the application for royal permission to withdraw decorations, 2005, 3 persons as follows
