Co., Ltd., 7. Ms. Rungruang Khunpanya Employees of President’s Co., Ltd .

Last at 2:20 p.m. The court found Mr. Wattana Sentenced Under Section 148 of the criminal law, 9-year counts, a total of 11 counts of 99 years, but the actual imprisonment is 50 years.
While Mr. Apichat O Sia Piang was imprisoned for 11 krathongs, separated by 6 years each, a total of 66 years, actually 50 years in prison, while Mr. Arisman receives 1 krathong, 4 kratongs each, 4 years in prison.
Later in the evening Mr. Wattana requested bail. The values are 10 million baht, separated in bank accounts, the same values are 5 million baht and 5 million baht in cash was added before the court considers and pays the bond. But it has conditions that prohibit leaving the country
However, even the Criminal Chamber for People with Political Positions of the Supreme Court has finished its ruling. The case is not yet final. The competent partner can re-file an appeal. Since the 2017 constitution gives the parties the right to file an appeal before the general meeting of the Supreme Court within 30 days.
