Not long ago, Honor announced its flagship smartphone, the Honor 30 Pro +, which comes with a premium design and high-end specs. And a powerful camera
The latest DxOMark, the world-class camera performance tester has revealed that the Honor 30 Pro + scored 125 smartphone camera scores, beating the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G and Oppo Find X2 Pro, second only to the Huawei P40 Pro.
The Honor 30 Pro + earned 136 points for still photography and video recording, and 104 points respectively.
Honor 30 Pro + comes with the camera specs as below
- Sensor size 1 / 1.28 inches, resolution 50 million pixels, equivalent to Huawei P40 Pro
- Ultra-wide 1 / 3.09-inch sensor with a resolution of 16 million pixels, equivalent to a 17mm focal length lens
- 1 / 3.6-inch telephoto sensor with 8-megapixel resolution, equivalent to a 125mm focal length lens
The DxOMark stated that the Honor 30 Pro + camera can handle exposure very well in all lighting levels, has an excellent dynamic range, and admires white balance.
As for video recording Excellent color rendering, accurate white balance, and admirable autofocus, but there are still some issues with image stabilization issues.
However, considering the image performance is inferior AND the cheaper price makes the Honor 30 Pro + one of the flagship phones that are very interesting at the moment.
