As Offeror of ASK shares for the amount of 175,983,049 shares or 50.01% of the issued and paid-up shares of the Business. And it represented 50.01 percent of total voting rights At the offer price of 18.30 baht per share
The period of the Public Offering is from December 4, 2020 to January 14, 2021 and the settlement date of the securities offered is January 18, 2021 by Bualuang Securities. Public Company Limited is an agent for this purchase.
Because Chailease Capital (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is an indirect subsidiary of Chailease Holding Company Limited (“Chailease Holding”), a company listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
Chialease Holding currently indirectly owns shares in the Offeror. Representing 49% of the issued and paid-up shares of the Offeror. It is owned by Chailease International Company (Malaysia) Limited (“Chailease Malaysia”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Chailease Holding.
For this acquisition Currently, the Offerors are 1) Chailease Finance Co., Ltd. (“Chailease Finance”) and 2) Chailease Malaysia owns 175,912,591 common shares or 49.99% of the issued and paid-up shares. Business Y represents 49.99 percent of the company’s total voting rights.
