Biden slipped and fell on his ankle while playing with the dog. Doctors may have to wear boots for several weeks.
United States President Joe Biden injured his right ankle after playing with a dog and then slipped and was hospitalized on November 28.
Kevin O’Connor, a New Jersey orthopedic surgeon said that Biden had a sprained right ankle. That X-ray found no fracture. But the results of additional CT scans showed a small fracture from the medial bone to the right side. Doctors expect Biden to wear boots for several weeks.
The injury occurred while Biden was playing with “Major”, one of his pets.
While President Donald Trump tweeted about Biden’s injury: “Get well soon!”
