By the court the plaintiff sent a letter dated August 20, 2020 to the two defendants requesting consideration and an order for the plaintiff to return to his former office, the Royal Thai Police. The prosecution does not yet know the result of the consideration, so it can be considered as the person who suffered the damage or loss of both defendants

Therefore, when both prosecutors have not yet issued a letter notifying the prosecutor of the result of their consideration. The plaintiff’s letter is still being considered for both defendants. Or in other words, 90 days have not elapsed since both prosecutors received the plaintiff’s letter, so the plaintiff filed a lawsuit in court on September 22, 2020. Prosecution is the person who has suffered or is harmed . Therefore, you do not have the right to sue both defendants in court. The court cannot accept the plaintiff’s claim for consideration.
