Vivo throws garbage with rotten shrimp in front of the palace – National Police Office There is a court order, 2 karmas, 4 charges.
1) Whoever loses waste in public places There is a fine not exceeding 2,000 baht (Cleaning and Ordering Act 1992, articles 31 (2) and 54).
2) Whoever leaves a rotten animal carcass In or on public roads, a fine not to exceed 5,000 baht (Penal Code, Section 396).
3) Anyone who loses waste that smells bad or that may carry disease Or it can be harmful to health, a fine not to exceed 2,000 baht (Public Health Law BE2535 M.25 (1))
4) Who causes the smell Or any other case Until it causes deterioration or is potentially dangerous to health, a fine not to exceed 2,000 baht (Public Health Law BE2535, M.25 (4))
