Pursuant to section 141 of Road Traffic Law 2522 as amended by Road Traffic Law (No. 12) BE2020, the Royal Thai Police Commissioner Thus, the method and place of payment of the fine is determined as follows:
Clause 1 This notice is called “Notice from Royal Thai Police on method and place of payment of fines under Road Traffic Law 2522 AE 2020”
Clause 2 This Notice will enter into force the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Clause 4 The driver, vehicle owner, or vehicle owner who receives the order under Section 140 must pay the fine within the time specified in the order by one of the following means and place: (1) pay the fine at the station .
