The Treasury issued a notice to send-receive money outside of Thailand. Latest edition

Pursuant to Article 9 of Ministerial Regulation No. 13 (BE2497) issued under the Exchange Control Law, BE2485 as amended by Ministerial Regulation No. 20 (BE 2534) issued under Exchange Control Law, EB 2485, the Minister of Finance issued a general order as follows:
Clause 1 The provisions of Article 2 of the Notification of the Ministry of Finance Re: Exchange Control of March 31, 2004 modified by the Notification of the Ministry of Finance Re: Exchange Control (No. 7) dated February 8, 2017 and replaced by the following:
Clause 2 The sending or withdrawal of currency in banknotes and coins outside the country under the following conditions can generally be done without the permission of the official under Clause 9 of the Ministerial Regulations.
(1) Send or bring money out of the country by a legal person other than an authorized company or by a foreign bank In an amount that does not exceed the value of the foreign currency or currency that the foreign bank sends or imports for exchange or sale as currency of notes and coins to be sent or taken out of said country.
(2) Send or export foreign currency to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, People’s Republic of China. (Only in Yunnan province) and countries bordering Thailand for an amount not exceeding two million baht.
(3) Sending or withdrawing money from the country by an authorized legal person other than an authorized company or by a foreign bank located in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, People’s Republic of China. (Only in Yunnan province) and countries bordering Thailand The amount of money withdrawn from the account in Thai baht of the foreign resident of the foreign bank in the amount exceeding that specified in (2) to be sent or returned to that country in the foreign bank. It’s found
(4) Sending or bringing money out of the country other than the cases specified in (1) and (2) for an amount not to exceed fifty thousand baht.
In this sense, to send or withdraw money from the country according to (1) and (3), the sender or the exporter and the authorized legal person must comply with the letter to the customs official, including the certification of the currency according to (1) and (3). Actually, as specified by the official to obtain said general permission, as the case may be.
Clause 2 This Notice will enter into force as of the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
