On November 14, 2020, Ms. Karawee Sittichiwipak, Deputy Director General, Department of Meteorology Maintain Government Agency Director General, Department of Meteorology Issued the Meteorological Department announcement titled “Typhoon” Wa Muko “(Storm Level 5) No. 8 dated November 14, 2020.

Stating that at 4:00 a.m. Today’s (November 14, 2020) Typhoon “Wa Muko” (Category 5 storm) in the central South China Sea

It is centered on the east side of Da Nang. Vietnam is about 400 kilometers or 15.7 degrees north latitude, 111.9 degrees east longitude, the maximum wind speed near the center is about 160 kilometers per hour. It is moving west at a speed of about 20 kilometers per hour. It is expected to move to Vietnam around November 15, 2020, after which it will weaken accordingly. Which will result in the Northeast AND in the North region, there is little or moderate rain that can occur during November 15-16, 2020, ask farmers in the area to prepare to prevent and be careful of damage to the agricultural products.
