Today’s (November 4, 2020) tropical storm “Coney” in the center of the South China Sea It is centered at 14.7 degrees north latitude, 113.7 degrees east longitude, has the wind speed highest near the center, about 40 miles per hour. It is moving west at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour. It is expected to move ashore in central Vietnam on November 5, 2020 and will weaken accordingly. As a result, the eastern part of the northeast has little to moderate rainfall and strong winds.
