Article 2. This Royal Decree shall enter into force as of the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
Section 3: The following will be added as (12/2) of B. Headquarters or government agency. Which is equivalent to the Headquarters of Section 4 of the Royal Decree to divide the government of the Royal Thai Police, BE

Section 4: The following will be added as (2/20) from B. Headquarters or government agencies. With the status equivalent to the Headquarters of Section 5 of the Royal Decree on the division of the Royal Thai Police, BE
“(2/20) The Technological Crime Police Investigation Division has the following powers and duties.
(A) Serve as strategic director of the Royal Thai Police in the planning, control, inspection, advice and suggestion of the performance of the functions in accordance with the Headquarters.
The police investigate technology crimes and their affiliates.
(B) Actions in the prevention and repression of technological crimes throughout the Kingdom.
(C) perform their duties in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure Law on computer crimes Law on cybersecurity

(D) Conducting technological crime investigations. Through the use of information technology and special tools to support government agencies or other departments
