Taney County Health Department Announces Possible Exposures in Branson, Hollister

TANEY COUNTY, Mo. – The Taney County Health Department released a timeline of possible exposures on Thursday after announcing three new cases of COVID-19.

Two cases are related to travel, while one is connected to previous COVID-19 cases. Close contacts will be notified and quarantined, according to the health department.

The schedule of possible exposures regarding the new cases was published.

Friday, June 12 to Friday, June 19:
McDonald’s (2214 W Hwy 76) in Branson (morning by car, no mask)
McDonald’s (515 W. Main St.) in Branson (late drive, no mask)
Wendy’s (510 W. Main St.) in Branson (late drive, no mask)

Saturday June 13 (11 am):
Walmart Super Center in Branson (unmasked)

Sunday, June 14 (mid-morning):
Ye Olde Wash House in Hollister (unmasked)
CVS in Branson (without mask)
Sunfest Market in Branson (unmasked)

Monday, June 15 (4:30 pm):
Bank of Missouri Lobby (no mask)

Friday, June 19 (after 5 pm):
CVS in Branson (without mask)

Saturday, June 20 (11:30 am):
White Oak Station, 4017 W Hwy 76, Branson (unmasked)

Anyone who has visited this place during these listed times is considered to be at low risk of contracting COVID-19, but should control symptoms. There is no need to quarantine or isolate unless symptoms develop.

COVID-19 symptoms include:

· Cough
· Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
· Muscle or body aches.
· Headache
· New loss of taste or smell.
· Sore throat
· Stuffy or runny nose.

Taney County has reported 40 cases of COVID-19 as of Thursday.
