Adefeso says Tamar was upset after the trailer fell off and suggests that Tamar wanted his We TV deal to be true. Adefeso yells: “When are you really free?” During the call.
Days earlier, an email Tamar sent to We TV criticizing the network for exploiting his family drama and personal trauma leaked. In the letter, Tamar writes that she feels suffocated by the network and wants to go out.

According to TMZ, Tamar’s family finds Alarming’s mention of Tamar’s problems with We TV amidst him trying to help her. A source who claims to be close to the situation told the media that Tamar’s family feels that it has changed since he left Adefeso.
The source alleges that the Braxton family believes Adefeso is too involved in Tamar’s business affairs and that he was upset by his portrayal in the trailer, sending an already vulnerable Tamar in a spiral. The behavior of Adefeso for many is shown as a controller, by TMZ.
A scene in the trailer shows the producers planning to break into a room during a heated argument between Tamar and Adefeso after hearing Tamar yell, “David, stop!”
Tamar’s sister Towanda criticized the reports, calling TMZ in an Instagram message.

David Adefeso publishes statement on behalf of Tamar Braxton
The Jasmine Brand reports that Adefeso is talking about Tamar’s hospitalization. Various reports reveal that Tamar has been transferred to a mental health center that focuses on a variety of trauma, including helping people deal with sexual violence, which Tamar has spoken about in recent years.
