Graubünden and Central Switzerland have allowed restaurants in their ski areas to open their terraces for take-out meals, and have been doing so for weeks. According to the operators, this has been shown to present no problems. The protection concepts would be fulfilled, it is said in unison.

This, of course, makes the ski areas attractive and also helps battered restaurateurs.
