Fynn Kliemann (32) has big plans for the little ones. As the YouTuber tells on Instagram, the smallest house in Germany has been secured. That’s only seven square meters in total, four square meters of which is living space. But they are well used. The house has a toilet, shower, stove, sleeping corner, table and chair.
“It will be real engineering, really bring a bed,” says Kliemann, best known for his home improvement videos. The house in the Schnoor district of Bremen had previously been advertised for 77,777 euros. It is not known how much the handyman paid in the end.
“The whole house will be foldable”
In return, Kliemann has revealed what his plans are for the gem. “It will basically be a place to stay,” says the YouTuber. «The whole house will be foldable. You can then fold the bed and open the roof with your smartphone. A large glass plate is placed on the ceiling. Then you can go up to the roof. “Kliemann wants to build his very special Airbnb which he then wants to rent.
Recently, the YouTuber was looking for DIY fans who would like to support him in his crazy projects. And rightly so: the influencer said on Instagram that he had received a total of 500 requests. (klm)
