Ironically, the experienced and strong runner Selina Gasparin brought Switzerland behind. The 2014 Olympic runner-up in Sochi managed 6 spare rounds plus 1 penalty loop. Thanks to the good performance of Aita Gasparin and Lena Häcki at the end of the race, she placed in the top 10.
