Usually official press releases, such as cookies, left lying around for days after Christmas, dry as dust. They should be, because the administration is tasked with providing factual information. This is what the cantonal data and information protection law (IDG) says. And the cantonal government relied on that clear principles given: “The governing council communicates in an active, objective, understandable and transparent way. By doing so, it builds trust in cantonal institutions and counteracts speculation, indiscretions or false reports at all levels.
