Consequently, the UK has approved a vaccine in a fast track process and the first “Sputnik V” vaccines have already been administered in Russia; and in Germany, Switzerland and other parts of Europe, vaccination campaigns will start no later than January. But are Europeans ready to keep up with the fast pace of politics and science?
