The Wädenswil ZH family of four would not have expected that: in broad daylight they got into a fight with a group of young people. The occasion was a school dispute between his son and the high school students. For the family, the dispute ended with sprains and bruises in the hospital.
The fight happened last Thursday against the Denner on Oberdorfstrasse in Wädenswil. There, parents are said to have accidentally seen five young men approach their 15-year-old son on the way to school, say the parents of the “Zürichsee-Zeitung”.
“Suddenly I saw two teenagers nod to each other. I felt that something was wrong », says the father of the family (45). Three other children formed a circle around the son.
“The problem is your son”
The father intervened and asked the students what their problem was. The older child was very aggressive and replied, “The problem is your son, can you solve the problem? and pushed it several times. His son got angry and rejected, he describes the situation increasing to the newspaper.
The father fell to the ground. “The three of them kicked my husband,” says the mother. The son was pushed in front of an oncoming car. “The driver has put an emergency stop,” says the daughter (22). The mother was also beaten after her intervention. Passersby intervened and alerted the police. The family had to go to the hospital with lacerations and sprains.

The conflict is said to have started in the morning. The son told the family during lunch that he had been pressed against the wall and threatened by the youth group. “I told him that he should not be provoked and that we should go to the school administration if it worsens,” says the father of the family.
After the fight, the children’s situation has apparently worsened. Among the students, it is said that the father of the family caused the fight. “I would never hit a child,” says the father. He hoped that there would be eyewitnesses and video material “so that the truth comes out.”
