During a campaign speech by the president of the United States, Donald Trump, in Arizona, a plane broke the airspace of the event. The North American Air Defense Command announced Wednesday that a plane had entered a restricted area around the Bullhead City headquarters and did not respond to radio messages. The pilot only reported when the F-16 fighter jet had used signal lights. The machine was escorted from the restricted area without further incident.

Trump apparently also learned of the incident. At one point he interrupted his speech, looked at the sky and speculated that the pilot of the fighter plane had wanted to show off to him. Shortly thereafter, television images apparently showed smoke from the lit signal lights, which Trump was visibly pleased: “Look at that! Look, look, look!
