“Our constitution just doesn’t work like that”: Trump is brought before a judge

A federal court in the US state of Pennsylvania handed Trump another defeat in his battle against the election results. The injunction requested by Trump to prevent Pennsylvania from certifying the election results was rejected. Trump’s lawsuit was also aimed at potentially invalidating millions of absentee votes.
The arguments and evidence presented would not even have been sufficient to invalidate the vote of “a single voter,” the judge wrote. “Our people, our laws and institutions demand more,” he wrote. Trump’s lawyers have arbitrarily assembled the arguments as “Frankenstein’s monster,” so Brann. “Our constitution just doesn’t work that way.”
Following the release of the judge’s 37-page report, Pennsylvania Republican Senator Patrick J. Toomey took action. Trump has now exhausted all legal remedies, he said, congratulating Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on their victory.

Biden’s advantage in Georgia it dropped from 14,000 to 12,670 votes in the recount. All 16 voters stay with Democrats.
