After a traffic accident on the A51 near Wallisellen ZH, two people had to be hospitalized. This is what Raphael Hirt, a cantonal police spokesman, says in a BLICK request.
A Mercedes crashed a few hundred meters after Glattbrugg’s crossing into the rear of a Peugeot that was driving in front of it. The Peugeot spun on its own axis and crashed into the left handrail. The two occupants of this vehicle, a 38-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, suffered minor injuries.
The Mercedes driver was not injured. The police did not comment. It is not known why the accident occurred. Police determine if a third vehicle was involved in the accident. (vof)
