The euro is also more or less stable against the franc. It currently costs 1.0772, down from 1.0783 in the early afternoon and 1.0774 at noon. The US dollar rose again slightly to 0.9239 from 0.9230 and 0.9204 and thus settled well above the 92-cent mark.
