As soon as the population willing to vaccinate is protected in Switzerland, the Federal Council wants to lift virtually all crown-related restrictions. Until now, the Federal Council had always said that everyone would be vaccinated by the end of June. Health Minister Alain Berset put this goal in perspective on Thursday. It is still realistic that everyone will receive at least the first dose by the end of June. It will be at the end of July until everyone has also received the second dose. Even after the first injection, there is already a high level of protection against disease.
