Omar Alderete leaves FC Basel and moves to the Bundesliga for Hertha Berlin. The 23-year-old Paraguayan defender signed a contract with the Berliners for several years. Alderete moved to Basler in the summer of 2019 and played 48 games for FCB.
Basel renounces Riveros
Blas Riveros will move from FC Basel to Danish club Bröndby. The 22-year-old left-back was recently removed from the starting lineup at FCB by Andrea Padula de Wil.
